Analogue CCTV systems (including HD-TVI) conventionally use balanced Co-axial cable (RG59) terminated with male BNC connectors.  Crimping BNC connectors onto RG59 cable is not as easy as with the RJ45 connectors for IP systems, but there are twist-on BNC connectors which are very easy to fit.
